I had my eyebrows done for a wedding by someone that always does them. I asked for medium blonde and they turned out dark brown. They kept getting darker and darker. She was in a hurry to go to lunch this time unfortunately, but I still thought she wouod do a good job. Unfortunately she did not listen to what I asked for. And clearly didn't put it in my profile what I usually get. Please start taking time to write down what the customer usually gets for future.

Seriously disappointed for today’s visit. When you have an issue with a product, don’t return it here. The manager immediately was defensive and conducted herself in a manner that really should have been left in a dumpster. It’s important to not classify customers in the same group . Each person and situation are different. When you classify each customer, it’s a bias. This world has enough of that already. Learn that each customer deserves respect. That’s all we are looking for.

I’m only giving 5 stars for Jordan , the mangers and the store itself is very clean and well organized The cashiers are the downside of my experience, I had Shanice. For it to be 11am and how much money you spend I wasn’t pleased with the attitude. I spoke to the managers at the front door and they apologized on her behalf which was nice for them to do Outside of unwanted attitudes my experience was good and Jordan was helpful !
