Every time I pass this store, I think about how much I miss my sister who used to be the General and District Manager
I had an horrible experience with the cashier Jess. I requested to speak to a manager and she cut me off while I was trying to explain my experience to Justin. I decided not to spend my money with them. The worst customer service I received at Ulta by far . Never again,that’s what I get for not going to Sephora . Different standards for sure
