Came in to redeem bday present, employees couldn’t get my app/code to work after handling my phone for 10+ minutes, and I was dismissed. I was treated as a nuisance, the manager sneered at me when I asked if there was a possible override, and the entire experience was awful. Today I was feeling not quite myself when I into walked into Ulta. Stephanie who works in the Clinique section is great. She helped me with what I was looking for. Not only did she help me, she took extra time with me explaining each product. She did my makeup and listened to all my needs. She is friendly and honest. She shows you what is good for your skin. I received some of the best customer service earlier today at the cash wrap. Isabella was very engaged with each client while they were checking out. She complimented everyone and found some way to connect with them during the transaction! Watch out, Ulta! If I have a position to open up, I’m recruiting her!
