Every time I go to this store, I regret. This week my daughter asked me to go there to get a present for her birthday. Two employees were talking about personal things for about 15 minutes and we passed by them several times because the perfumes are locked and my daughter could not find one of the ones she wanted. Worst Ulta I’ve ever been to. I’d rather drive out of the city or order my stuff on Amazon just to avoid this place. Most ultas understand customer service and it feels nice walking in. This is my third time coming and my last- it feels like you walk in and are bothering everyone. One girl at the register during the evenings (I come in after work) is very rude, won’t even say hello or a simple “next in line”. I went there today to get a shade match to my skin tone. Dante was sent over to match my skin tone and OMG...he is fabulous! I only came to get lipstick n ended up with almost $300.00 worth of makeup. He did a fabulous job. Can't recommend him enough. HOWEVER, they forgot to put my lip liner in my bag. That was NOT his fault. Just check your bag to make sure you got what you paid for. Dante's got it going on! Thank you Dante!!
