Every employee acts like they are annoyed that you are there and heaven forbid you might have to ask a question. The epitome of poor service.

Today I stopped into Ulta Beauty feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what I needed. Received a shipment and was missing the gift with purchase.So of course, I send a message and all they say, is, oh sorry, there's nothing we can do and we can not send it out separately. Thank you so much for nothing. Previously, I got my eyebrows done at Benefit and all I can say is I won't do that again. The representative is extremely rude and unaccommodating.
