I visited this location Three times specifically before writing this review. I have gone in at different times during the day, specifically 12,3 and 6 always during the week. I am always greeted. And then I am ignored. I always grab a bag to help me shop because I use a cane. And I want to buy a lot of stuff! Lol! Today was the first day I made a purchase because this is my birthday month and I wanted my gift. I received my order from Ulta, my package was opened on the bottom and taped, my 2 items ($118) missing! I reported to Ulta, they said package was correct weight when it left facility so no refund, no replacement! I have been a loyal customer since 2006! Cut up my card and closed my account. I will buy from Sephora over Ulta any day. Total garbage customer service.
