I go to Diana for my highlights and she always does such a wonderful job! She does a really close weaving, so it looks like it’s all over blonde and very lifted for a highlight. She’s so friendly and hands-down gotta be one of the best out there! 10 out of 10 recommend! The price is also reasonable too. Each time I’ve visited this Ulta I’ve experienced very rude and uptight employees. My last experience involved an old white woman with a friar bowl cut that was extremely rude and stuffy. She literally asked every single person around me if they were okay but looked me in the eyes and walked past. I said “hi” to her and she could barely mutter “hello” out of her trap.
