Why do I need a government ID to PICKUP MAKEUP? Why would my order confirmation not be enough? Honestly, too much of a hassle. Would rather shop at Sephora.
Workers are super rude. I am sorry but I didn’t send you to work so I shouldn’t have to deal with your bad attitude every time I visit the store. It’s one to thing to have a bad day but this is being that it’s disrespect. Just go to any of the other stores.
I had an issue with a gift card that customer service was unable to help me with. I walked in to talk to anyone that could help me, and thank the lord it was Nicole. She was absolutely FABULOUS and handled everything for me that I had been dealing with for months. She handled it in a few days, I couldn’t be more thankful. Shoutout to the goat Nicole!! They have the best management team of all time
I went into this store today looking for a specific moisturizer, I looked all over the store for a good 10-12 minutes and not one employee offered to help me. They all just looked at me and continued on. I just gave up and left. I will not attempt to shop here again, I will take my business elsewhere. The lack of customer service is awful.
