I asked for assistance of shade match to Fenty. I told her my normal Mac shade, she looked at me and grabbed one at least 5xs darker, then laughed when I asked how she thought that was right. She then proceeded to squirt 5 different foundations on my arm asking me which one was right. I had to buy makeup remover wipes to even get that crap off me while I was still in store. My experience with her completely rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t see myself ever returning to this location.

My wife purchased a eyeliner and wanted to return it due to change of mind. She tried to return unopened box within a week (we have the receipt), but apparantly you cant return it because the purchase was not linked to a phone number or something. We left store mad and then spoke to assistant manager of the store, and they told it is recommended to purchase with linking to a phone number or else you cant return.
