Always felt welcomed and staff has been helpful until today when I came in for my birthday gift. Cashier was rude and couldn't be bothered once I asked about the birthday gift. She started helping people at other registers and was disinterested in helping me. Receipt says her name is Basia.
Staff was super helpful with helping me pick a good skincare routine since what I was using previously is hit or miss with availability!
After being treated for cancer last year, my skin needed help. I stopped in at the Ulta Beauty store on Holland-Sylvania where I met Katie. Not only did she treat me like a very important client and not a sale, she genuinely showed me such care and compassion. I will be back because of her!!! Thank you Katie!!!
Non sense politics! When we sign in , add all our personal details do purchases ,do in store purchases no one ask for photo id but when I go to pickup 10$ skin care product sales girls deny to hand over my product due to absence of PHOTO ID! For me it was annoying I wasted my time and energy.other stores with black white stripes are much better who offer free shipping with no minimum order limits. Ulta think about your policy
