Qt T literally took 10 years off my looks! Forget Botox and injections. Hair is everything. I took a chance and just let her create what she said would look the best on me instead of these highlights I’ve been wearing all my life. Literally I’ve never look so good in her haircut and color. I was here at about 12:20 on tuesday november 4th and had the worst experience. The staff members were so rude I went to ask one girl for help and she walked the other way as soon as we made eye contact. Then 2 other girls were talking and went up to ask for help again to which I received another dirty look. I just ended up leaving empty handed. The girl at the register was very nice and was the only one actually working.

Someone used my Ulta account at this store and customer service isn't helpful to helping me find out how. I don't know if they used my phone number or email, but I'm so uncomfortable and can't believe this Ulta didn't do their due diligence on keeping my information safe.
