The best Ulta I have been to! I came in to browse and was helped by so many different people. I even gave a hug to the lady who introduced me.to.my new favorite brand. The best experience of any shopping trip ever. I will.drive over an hour to this location from now on.
Yesterday I placed a pick up order to pick up at this location after work, when I arrived they informed me that their pick up system was glitching and a lot of pick up orders were being sent to a store in Ohio. All of the employees at the register were so incredibly helpful and so incredibly nice, especially throughout this whole issue, which I’m sure was very frustrating for them. I had an excellent experience getting a color service with QT at the Ulta Beauty in Novi. She did a wonderful job on my color and was incredibly knowledgeable! QT went above and beyond by taking the time to recommend several fantastic hair and skin products for me.
My mom and I came in today for makeup and skincare and Tera was phenomenal! My mom needed to get matched for a skin tint and concealer and she was so kind and knowledgeable! She made my mom feel confident and she chose the perfect products. She also recommended a phenomenal perfume for one I had that was recently discontinued. If you go to this Ulta, make sure you ask for Tera!🥰
