Tika is the best! She did my tinsel and a keratin treatment. Best results ever! Usually I am skeptical about Ulta salons but they are great here!
I rarely shop at Ulta, and when I do, it’s usually for skin care or hair products as I don’t wear much makeup. Today I went in looking for a concealer. I don’t know where to start with these kinds of things so I asked an associate who had greeted herself earlier.
