If the employee’s name tag clearly states that she speaks Spanish, why did she speak only English to my sister and me throughout the entire interaction? It makes absolutely no sense to advertise that you offer Spanish-speaking assistance if, when a customer needs to communicate in Spanish, you don’t even make an effort to do so. I found the experience extremely inconsiderate, frustrating, and arrogant. Alexa learn some spanish before putting that you speak spanish in your name tag.

I don't get my hair done often, but I desperately wanted a haircut for the summer.
