I got my makeup done for a special event at the Everett Ulta and it was my first time coming in. I could not have been more thrilled and LOVED my look, that Raven the makeup artist created! She was beyond sweet and answered every question I had about what products to use, the techniques she was using and far superseded my expectations. I will actually be going to her for makeup lessons and any other special occasion makeup. Booked an appointment for one of the salon services, and I came in about 10 minutes early. When I asked a question about the service, one of the associates was so dismissive and rude, I decided to just go somewhere else because it totally ruined my mood to be treated like that. Very disappointing :(
I was at Ulta on 8/19/25, about 4 pm, and I believe the woman’s name was Simi. She was invaluable and took the time to match me. Her makeup was flawless and beautifully done. Simi was so sweet. Great customer service. I hope I got her name right. I’ve always had good experiences at Ulta, but I had to write this review because she was so kind.
I got my haircut and colored by Michelle H. She was truly talented and I already booked my next appointment! 😲🫡 5/5 stars for Michelle H.
