Absolutely MADE our night 15/10!!! After Sally’s was so rude to us we decided to try again here and a purple/blueish haired lady named Jackie I believe just swept in and saved the day!! She was not only professional and sweet but she even helped cheer my partner up! 15/10 experience here and we’ll definitely be back to this location! Store is clean and team is ready and willing to help guide your shopping experience and ensure you are satisfied! Love them!
I came in and purchased a product and couldn’t get any help with trying on the product.
I’ve been shopping this location for years and today I was treated horribly by a “management staff member”. As a disabled woman I expect to be treated with respect when I shop. The manager practically refused my exchange and demanded I pay more for the same product and had a horrible attitude. I will not shop here anymore!
