It's not the store fault. The company needs to get their app working correctly to redeem for rewards. this has been an issue for 3 years. its not a problem I am just having but multiple other people I know we go through all the steps we are supposed go through and we still have to call your Customer service people. To be able to redeem rewards. At least 3 years of this nonsense.
Didn't have any intentions when I came into the store to buy anything.. My sister had an appointment to have her hair cut so I came along for the ride. However while Inside the store I was greeted by Regina. She was super pleasant, ask if I had any questions regarding face creams and such.
