Employees were very helpful. They had a lot of selections. And they were even trying to help me match something that I had for color. Other than the very long lines, even though they were working very hard, so many people were there.

I came in looking for a specific product. Dee happened to be the one who asked if I was finding everything okay and I asked her help with finding it. it turned out the product was not on the floor yet but it was showing available on the app. she kindly went to the back and got them for me. she was super helpful and patient. shoutout to Dee for helping me and going above and beyond and grabbing product from the back for me.

I felt disrespected by one of the Ulta staff members. This happened when I asked one of the staff a simple question of when a popular TikTok product will be available. A second staff member who was part of the conversation overheard my question and laughed. She had this unnecessary condescending expression that made me feel embarrassed that I asked this harmless question. I failed to see her name tag because at the time I tried to brush it off.
