Got my roots done at the salon... 1. Seemed to have rinsed the bleach too early... 2. Missed several spots on my hairline, even another stylist noticed... needed to reapply bleach. 3. Almost forgot to add toner, was about to blow dry then realized- I had already confirmed she was going to do toner while rinsing, but she had forgot. 4. Lilly at the Brow Bar is awesome! She’s so sweet, and she personalized my brows the way I like. I am very picky and was scared about going too dark but as long as you tell her your concerns she will walk you through it and go little by little until you like them!!! Highly recommend ☺️
