Shed seemed to be built by 2 people, a skilled craftsman and maybe a hippie. There were some issues, such as studs cut too short leaving gaps with light shining in. In November company told me that someone will be in touch soon...it is now April. But it wasn't all that bad, I have fixed it myself and I am enjoying the shed. Had an exceptional experience with Ulrich. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the service and quality of the shed.
Shed is extremely well made. Delivered on time and put in place quickly. Whole process from design to delivery went smoothly. Would highly recommend!
I am still concerned about the adequacy of the roof front attachments in the event of a strong wind storm Otherwise I am very pleased. The gentleman who works in Harrisonburg, va but lives in WV was wonderful. A real customer service rep ! Thanks David
