Thank you for the fantastic work on my new spinnaker. While the winds didn’t show up for us in the Newport to Ensenada International Yacht Race, they certainly made up for it at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club Opening Day Regatta. Salen, has horrible costumer service!! He just sent me a very rude email when I told him I was disappointed in there process. They originally told me it would cost around $300-$400 to fix my sails then they said it would cost 4 times that amount two days later. So, I decided to try somewhere else and they then charged me $90 for the estimate. I would definitely not recommend this company for sail repairs.
