Dr. Ullman performed cataract surgery on 3/12/25 on my left eye. Before the procedure my vision wasn’t even 20/40. Less than 24 hours after the procedure my vision is 20/25. The surgery was a complete success and I would recommend Dr. Ullman to anyone else who is in the same situation as I was.
I had right eye cataract removal surgery on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Dr. Michael Ullman performed the procedure. The whole experience was very efficient, professional, and easy. As the vision in my right eye began to clear and stabilize after surgery, I "saw" the extraordinary difference between my sight in the "new" right eye versus my left eye. I was scared to have any eye surgery! Then I worried a lot about having my cateract removed. I was very pleasantly surprised when I felt no pain and just found myself looking at “marshmallows” during the procedure. I could see some through the eye shield and was even able to cross stitch that evening with the same magnification I was using before the procedure. The next day in my follow-up visit I was seeing 20/20 in my operative eye. Don’t be afraid, just do it!

Dr. Jeffrey Tapley, Jr. performed cataract surgery for both eyes. The staff explained the pros and cons of the different lens they offered. I chose the Light Adjustable Lens and so glad I did. I have 20/20 in my right eye and 20/25 in my left eye.
