Loved the Negroni blanco. The beet salad was one of the best I’ve had in dc- smooth, tangy, perfect texture.
Ulivo was incredible!! Food, drinks, service, ambiance, and $ value were all there. You can tell that the owner, Tim, really cares about providing a great customer experience! I celebrated my birthday here and can’t wait to come back.
Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood is this very lovely restaurant. As we walked in, we had a warm welcome. The place is very beautiful clean and spacious and it even has a bar. Our server, (the owner I think) explained everything thoroughly and gave us some great recommendations. The food came out in a reasonable time and it was absolutely delicious! There’s a decent selection of wines and other beverages. I will definitely go back again.
The food. The drinks. The staff. You name it. Went there for brunch with friends, it was a blast. The DJ outside at the vibe, making it feel like we're in a beach in Rio. The bar made some killer Martini's, Boulevardiers and French 75. Food wise - the shakshuka was amazing, the salad was fresh and innovative, the bread and olive oil felt like home and the eggs Benedict were done to perfection. We'll definitely return, has to try the dinner menu.
Dare I say the best gluten free pasta in the dmv?!? The chef did an amazing job at crafting the menu and I love that all the pastas are made in house. The service is also amazing! Everyone that works there is so down to earth and make you feel so welcomed. I can’t wait to come back!
