Ulele is a native-inspired restaurant and brewery, using fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood and other proteins from Florida when they are available, just as my ancestors did. Open since August 2014, Ulele sits on the banks of the Hillsborough River next to the Ulele Spring and adjacent to the Water Works Park, For the rest, we use food harvested and raised in the United States, preferably from family-owned and independent companies. Beautiful scenic waterfront dining experience. Our dinner at Elule was great. The food was delicious. Our server, Hannah, was so friendly and attentive. Her menu recommendations were spot on. We couldn't be happier with the service and food. We will definitely be back for our next "date night".
