Amazing amazing. The booking process was super smooth. We had to make a couple changes and they were incredibly responsive and professional. And our driver (I think his name was Sam) was really fantastic. Also, I got a ton of quotes and Epic was the cheapest. So, I'll save you the trouble. Just book Epic.
First of all, the yelp feature of being able to ask several limo companies for quotes simultaneously is so very cool. Out of the companies who responded, Epic was offering the best pricing for a day trip from CA to St. Helena and back.
Great bus and the best driver (Jerome)... he was very professional. The bus was very clean and it has a pretty decent sound system. They worked with us with some last minute cancellations and customer service was great. This is the second time we used Think Escape Party Bus and we will continue to use them again in the future. Highly recommended.
This was actually my 4th time using a party bus service but my first time with Think Escape. I have to say, not that I am an expert in party buses, but this was by far the easiest and most streamlined experience out of all 4 of my experiences. Raj and I emailed back and forth trying to figure out which bus to get - he was really polite and responsive. The bus showed up on time, immaculate.
