Been meaning to post this review! UL Roofing Inc did some solid service on our roof last year. Absolutely flawless work. It’s been super windy rainy lately and we lost one of our vent caps. Called in for a quick fix, before the rain came back. They came through with a prompt, professional and great job! They even replaced the whole unit! Not just the cap. For the best value, you can count on them!

Peter and his crew broke all the norms of contractors. They kept me informed of their schedule and work progress. They showed up when the said they would. The cleaned up after their work. They even applied some paint to a railing used to secure their ladder. And, they did great work. I highly recommend UL Construction.

This winter's storms finally brought an end to the life of the old tar and gravel roof, with mission tile sections, in my San Francisco home. I contacted half a dozen roofers, of which UL Roofing was the most professional and thorough in analyzing the situation. Peter came personally, identified deficiencies in the old roof, and provided a thorough and fair estimate for the work.
