Called UL roofing to assess the health of our roof ahead of this year’s wet weather. Peter came out and gave us a thoughtful assessment of our roof and timelines for making improvements and replacements. While our roof seems in shape to stand up to another few years of weather, I’ll definitely be calling on them for the bigger job to come. Highly recommend this knowledgeable, communicative and prompt business.
How do you know a contractor is reputable? They give advice contrary to their own interests. I asked for a roof inspection on a new home and they pulled up city permits showing the roof was already replaced just recently!

I've got some issues with water coming in at an inside wall and wanted to rule out the roof. Peter was able to come visit, went up and did a thorough inspection, and was able to help rule out the roof. Really nice guy, I'll be giving him a call if my roof needs repair/inspection in the future.
We had UL Roofing replace our roof in 2021 after an atmospheric river revealed many leaks. The install was fast, the crew was pleasant, and the work held up exactly as promised: five years, zero leaks, zero issues.
