I had an amazing stay on the UKO Alexandria. We rent for 1 year a loft on their the complex, since we sing the contract the manager was extremely helpful and friendly, also all the things that during our stay that we needed he was there he helps us a lot. The place is really amazing independent if your are single or not. I had a great experience living in this apartment. The loft layout was perfect, with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes air conditioning, which was a great bonus. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, while still being conveniently close to public transport, cafes, and grocery stores. I lived at UKO Alexandria for over a year. It is an amazing place to live. Brani who is the Property Manager, is very helpful, cooperative and professional. He makes sure the place is very well maintained and clean. The apartments are fully furnished with all bills included and has an excellent common area. I have been living at UKO Alexandria for more than a year. The apartment is fully furnished with all necessary amenities and air conditioner.There is a communal area with lot of space too. Initially I was a bit hesitant about going into a co living environment because I love my own space. I needn't have worried. The studio apartment is big enough that if you want to just be alone you can be, but if you want to socialise there is plenty of space to do that as well.
