While I have always had great courteous service when communicating to schedule/reschedule an upcoming 2 1/2 hour MRI, I had an exceptional experience today. I have been calling to see if I can get in earlier as I had to reschedule. Past calls I have been told quickly that there were no new openings. Today I spoke with a gentleman named Jeremy.
