The doctor is good but the nursing staff is extremely rude especially not wanting to send in medication and just over all not showing compassion .
I and a relative are both patients here and I have experienced no issues. Nice facility and folks. Comprehensive care clinic with a lab and ultrasound on sight along with an emergency room next door. Parking is decent and free. So far so good.
Love LOVEEE Dr. Janis Caston, she has the sweetest soul, listens great and is overall amazing. My bad review is for the receptionist checking in. On one experience (a middle aged white woman with blonde hair) was rude about me not having insurance. A couple months later (this current visit) lady at the front desk, ( middle aged black woman with long hair) was rude! I checked in early, already had completed the e-check in so there was no need to ask about my insurance AGAIN (I am just waiting on a card now) but she did anyway... read more
UK Gynocology really did everything they could to help me. After failed attempts with other clinics who wouldn't listen to me, UK Gynocology staff did everything in their power to get me the treatment I needed and made sure my insurance covered it. I'm a trans man who was searching high and low to get a hysterectomy due to severe atrophy, uterus pain, and dysphoria. I am writing this review for my mother whom is 80 years old. She has a prolapse bladder happened last week of Jan. Took local Dr office a couple of weeks before the got the referral sent to this office. Finally she got an appointment the Dr explained what they will do. Someone called my mom last week. I assume to schedule for surgery maybe. My mom has called back and the person she is supposed to speak with is not there.
