They don't return my stepsons calls. He was left with a stent and a large stone in him. Stone is 7mm blocking the ureter. He is profusely bleeding from the urethra. I called and finally someone listened as they wouldn't listen to him. I got a nurse who spoke and he went into UKY Good Sam. Good Sam sent him home while bleeding with anemia. Best urology team. Been with Dr. Andrew M. Todd since 2020 in the Richmond Ky location. He recently transferred to Lexington.
I had to come here because Clark Regional urology failed me and was not the best place when if came to Urologist. I had a lithotripsy procedure performed by Dr. Keller and she did an amazing job. Aside from the procedure going completely as planned she was very patient with me and answered every question I asked without any problems and has continued to respond to any concerns I’ve had throughout the whole thing through MyChart. Almost one year since Dr. Keller destroyed my life. I'm not ok and it will never be ok that you left me to die.
