I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding support I received from Jennifer Holland and Kara. While visiting Lexington, KY for my daughter’s cheer competition, I found myself in the middle of a medical procedure. I can’t thank Kara and Jennifer in the labs department enough. We came from out of town and required labs from our IVF doctor back at home. They went above and beyond to understand what kind of results we needed and made sure that it could be delivered. They fixed our problem in a timely manner and are so kind. They gave us such a positive experience and honestly was the best part of our trip to KY! Thank you, Kara and Jennifer!
Kera was the best phlebotomist I ever encountered. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Talked me through the whole thing and before I knew it I was done. Great experience and great employee.
These people are so nice, friendly, efficient, and fast. Actually, they are amazing, and I don't think they get enough praise for being as wonderful as they are. I have to bring my husband in all the time for blood tests and we think each and every one of them (including the front desk folks) is A+++.
