Took my 22 year old for her yearly follow up (she has a few small nodules that are not cancerous, but one of them had to be biopsied) Now she comes back yearly. Waited hours past appointment time for ultrasound, then while waiting to see doctor Received a text that my appointment was canceled when I asked what happened. They told me that I was not high risk and I could look up results on MYCHART. Drove 2 hours for a test that I could have had locally expecting to see physician a left without knowing nothing!! If you are here, you have a concern. The staff is completely helpful starting with free valet parking and those valets are extremely friendly as well. The RN who helped me at the end, Lauren was a gem. Sweet and very informative. Dr Clark was very kind and giving me all the options and prognosis. Drs do not usually have good bedside manners, but this Dr treated me like a person she cared about, clearing all issues I had and just helping me with everything and how I needed to understand it. The doctors may be good but there is no parking within a reasonable distance. The girl outside telling me to move my vechicle quickly because cars waiting. My grandmother is 90 and can't get around the best. I was just walking her inside. I then had to walk from a parking garage back because the bus was taking foever

Cluster style appointments, my appointments have lasted up to 4 hours...come to find out radiologist at lunch...why no coverage?

There is no entrance off of Huegolet . You must turn on Rose St and then left towards parking lot. Difficult to find. Then you can exit onto Huegolet afterwards. Google needs to change directions.
