John and the UIP General Contracting Team are true professionals. I am on the agency team that has been working with UIP on their web and digital assets. They always come to the table with a clear vision, just as they do with their intricate construction projects. They have completed many successful projects in the DC area from commercial interiors and new construction to renovation and residential/mixed use properties.
The absolute god awful worst. They were the general contractor for our condo, and it was 9 months late (from the time they said it was 6 weeks until move-in), and has a laundry list of construction defects that we have been fighting for over two years.
