My daughter received Amazing service under Jessica Kowalczyk. After Jessica was no longer on her service, that’s when things went down hill. We tried to schedule numerous times over the phone and we could not get through. Then we attempted to schedule by Via text and we received several delayed responses. I eventually ended up calling someone regarding trying to set up an appointment once again and they hung up. We are Very dissatisfied with our experience.
I wanted to have a cleaning done so I called to see if they accept new patients and the woman on the phone said yes. After she asked if I had anything specific I wanted to look at so I mentioned I noticed recession since I started my braces treatment someplace else and she said they won’t touch my teeth. So I said so I can’t receive exams or anything? So she repeated a shortened version of what she said before and said “like I just explained mam”.
