Called to schedule an emergency appointment. Had to call right when the opened every day for almost 2 weeks. Finally got through and the girl was SO rude. Her voice was so soft luke a mouse I could barely hear her & she was young and inexperienced… had trouble answering my questions. Seemed annoyed at her job. She took my insurance number down wrong and asked rude questions about whether that was my policy and if I pay for my insurance! The Inclusive Care clinic is supposed to be easier for people with disabilities, at least the regular dentist office picks up the phone and says hello. It’s so difficult to reach a someone at that office and they don’t return phone calls well.
