When it comes to scheduling it’s awful! I’ve been on hold for now for 10 minutes. Nobody ever answers the phone. My son’s appointment was canceled without notice as we were on the way to the facility. Then when I asked for a closer date the supervisor denied me a rescheduled date and gave the Hispanic woman next to me the date I asked for with the same dentist. I also received a letter in the mail saying that I canceled the appointment and I didn’t do a thing like that at all.
Yes,I tell you the truth that the UIC college Of dentistry is an excellent Dentistry, I am now age 70 ,I have been able to keep all my natural teeth ,because I have been coming here for many years. They are very attentive in their care and keep up with new technology. Also the cost of care is so much more affordable. C.F
I had an appointment and went to the place the student was nice but then she went to talk to the dentist and they didn't want to do anything for me because I have anxiety bad with dentist so she referred me to a different place that don't take medicare and medicaid so that wasn't worth my time and my friend told me they take care of patients with anxiety and they take medicare and medicaid I don't get these people
