Second Update: My daughter had her appt, the team was helpful and did what they could. However, when we left, they told us we would need to come back for a 6 month follow up, and that we would be contacted. We never were, I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone on the phone. I finally succeeded today. I have had very good service. The students and professors are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Extremely unprofessional staff. It feels like you need to summon otherworldly spirits to get any form of communication from these people. They do not take accountability for any mistakes and demonstrate pure MEDICAL MALPRACTICE. Communication about treatment plans is something that seems like an essential part of patient care, yet that is something unheard of from this place. Everyone including the doctors is unqualified.
