I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 for a yearly checkup. I did not end up leaving the clinic until 4:50 which would have been later but when a nurse came in and asked a name and that she had no idea what we were needing. That shows such disorganization . It should have not taken so long for an annual checkup nor the previous person saying it will just be a few minutes for a vaccine and it ended up being another 15 and nothing. Unprofessional dental coordinator and dentist Nia Long at the Rockford location 1221 E State Street. Im not sure of what happened to the old staff but the new staff is not trained properly. Ive never had a horrible experience at the dentist office until recently. When I spoke with the Dental Coordinator to file a complaint regarding my experience with my new (now former) dentist, she had nasty attitude. Very unprofessional and very dismissive so instead of wasting my time I decided to file a complaint with IDPRF.

I HAD a dentist appointment that I made with Kelly McClure well over a month ago. Today I had a phone call from her office to reschedule it for the 2nd time!!! Completely unprofessional to keep pushing back an appointment that was made back in APRIL!!!! I canceled the appointment because if its soooo easy to dismiss a new patient, I dont even want to know how she would handle a regular patient.
