Location gave me confirmation that I could go to therapy here and would just need a referral from my doctor and then called me twenty minutes later - after I had already started the process of getting a referral sent there - that they would not accept an outside referral for anything except for addiction. This just seems like a poor way to handle people looking for psychiatric help.
Unprofessional dental coordinator and dentist at the Rockford location 1221 E State Street. Im not sure of what happened to the old staff but the new staff is not trained properly. Ive never had a horrible experience at the dentist office until recently. When I spoke with the Dental Coordinator to file a complaint regarding my experience with my new (now former) dentist, she had nasty attitude. Very unprofessional and very dismissive so instead of wasting my time I decided to file a complaint with IDPRF.
Dr Asner and Dr Ironside are wonderful. The dental clinic is also amazing. Dr. Nia Marshall is an excellent dentist, she has removed so many broken teeth for me and I am so happy to be her patient.
