Such an awesome store with a great cause. I encourage people to stop in frequently since inventory is always changing.
Literally been finding treasures at Uhuru for at least 15 years. I went from buying small items for my bedroomp at my parents’ to purchasing my bed frame, sofa, and dresser for my 1st apartment. As I continued adulting I still found Uhuru to be my 1st stop for most housewares before venturing to major retailers. I even volunteered to lead a fundraising event for this place because no matter if you buy or refer someone here any purchase made goes to a great cause.

I love this place! I am always finding something ! This is the best "second family furniture" store in the city. Their store slogan should be," If you like it, you better buy it, because it won't be their when you come back!"
