Anything. Something. How about not leaving customers on the phone 40+ minutes, send scripts when you're supposed to. Do your jobs. Try that out.

Quick service. Staff are all very friendly.
Nice environment, seems to be run efficiently. However, staff are slow to send a prescription to a patient's pharmacy of choice. Has happened more than once. When I feel sick, I don't want to have to wait several hours to get my medication; my pharmacy usually has to call the Walk-in to prompt them to send the script.

I was there with my 4 year old daughter today and Dr Allen was our doctor we saw. We came in cause my daughter had fallen and tripped yesterday and woken up with a swollen ankle and knee. She couldn't really put any weight on it. As a worried mom I wanted to make sure she didn't do anything damaging. I have never felt so judged, ever. He insinuated that because it wasn't "witnessed" it was another injury, the faces he was giving me made me feel very stupid and like a bad Mother, he just made me feel like I abuse my daughter ... read more
Communication within your own office needs to happen. And accurate details from the patient written by the office. If you complain about how things are done or run by the staff that somehow gets put in your record that you refuse a treatment or the description of the issue you are having gets turned upside down, so anyone reading it still has no clue what's happening with you. I will have to be really desperate to go there again.
