They honestly deserve a zero star, but a 1 star will be easier to get rid of. When we were sold our home, we were told it was being done through an actual mortgage company, however 3 years later I find out out that the company Triad that they use and push on you is just another company they have ownership of in some form or fashion. The home was resold back to UHM Properties without our knowledge. Not to mention after paperwork was signed manager wrote “as is” on the front. Well they are my property manager and I have got to say in the 4 years I've been with them. It's been more positive then negative. Id like better communication but otherwise they seem to have it together.
