Not sure what's going on here in terms of administration and staff but I had my sleep study canceled at the last minute twice in under a month. The first time I was told someone didnt show up for work and the second time there was a technology issuse? They'll charge you for missing appointments but happily inconvenience you with no consequence. Edit: Also make sure every doctor they assign you (you wont actually see them but theyll magically appear on your bill) is IN NETWORK.
