UM -Laser treatment office1045 5th Street, #305. Miami Beach If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Ariel Eber during a Pico laser treatment was deeply distressing and left me physically, emotionally, and financially worse off than when I began. I am sharing this so other patients can make an informed decision and not go to this UM Lser treatment center in Miami Beach. Spent 2-5 minutes with the doctor, got billed for a "long", 20-29 minute consultation. Called UM Health multiple times and was never given a straight answer.
They moved to a new office it’s impossible to find unable to contact the office for any sort of direction after taking 1 1/2 hr to find them no compassion at all for any patient . There customer service is beyond unprofessional after showing the front desk I have tried calling 4 times prior to my appointment to get help and no answer . I do not recommend this office to anyone stay far away poor customer service
