Was 4 min late and was turned away because nurse had to go on lunch break
The worst clinic experience. All my concerns and symptoms were disregarded, and the nurse practitioner was very dismissive. She said it’s a cold that would go away on its own. Well, it didn’t. My tonsils continued to swell, my fever got worse, and I went to the Emergency Room where I was given antibiotics and proper treatment. This clinic doesn’t care about your health, and doesn’t care about you.
Terrible service. I went with a rash around my finger nails and toes nails. The provider who saw me looked at me and said:"I don't know what you have, you should go to a Baptist Urgent Care or a primary care physician or a dermatologist. " Then proceed to tell me that she will cancel my appointment and that it'll be no charge to my insurance. I can't even tell if the person who saw me was a nurse practitioner, physician assistant or what. You should go there only if you have something that you can cure yourself with otc medi... read more
We made an appointment the same day and arrived 20 minutes earlier , we were immediately seen, which was great. The nurse Liany and her assistant were extremely kind and explained everything in detail.
