These 5 stars are for Jurie (Yurie?) in phlebotomy because she is excellent.
This UM office, will 99.9% get your orders mixed up, and 100% of the time use the absolute minimum brain power to complete every single task, never double checking there orders,. repeating the same mistakes over and over again. I am a cancer patient so I need to get hemoglobin shots to continue my cancer treatment. This um branch always gets the orders wrong., or blood work wrong, just about 99.9 percent of the time. If you can don’t waste your time. Unless your really desperate and cannot make it to um downtown.

Sad to say that this place is terrible in literally all aspects of my experience the front staff is rude, clueless, and the (medical attention or lack thereof) anything to charge the insurance right? total disconnect I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
