I am a long time patient undergoing a period of great difficulty. Instead of treating me with kindness and compassion, the women who work the front desk are nasty and inhospitable. I don’t need to be scolded for giving notice that I cancelled an appointment. That just makes me not want to let your office know next time. Low empathy with handicaps. The staff in this office are so unkind. I took my nieces today for their wellness appointment with their mother, my sister’s authorization, who called the office yesterday to let them know I was the one taking them there, the office was fine with me taking them.
