My adult son had septum surgery and sinus polyps removed today, surgery took 4 hours, I just have to say the staff is phenomenal, from physicians/surgeons, anesthesiologist, nurses, to the front desk, excellence all the way, and I'm a nurse, care the way it should be ❤️
My 4 year old had surgery today to removed adenoids and get tubes in her ears. The doctors and nurses were phenomenal with her. Huge shout out to Dr. Shah for being a great surgeon and taking care of my daughter as if she were his own!
We had Dr. Jonathan Ross as his surgeon. Did a fabulous job and explained everything well. My 1 year old sons pain was managed well. We were treated with respect even when i was getting frustrated because we arrived at 810 and surgery was scheduled for 830 and didnt start the surgery until 1030. Our post op nurse Delicia was my FAVORITE.( Dont get me wrong all the nurses were amazing) she made sure james was comfortable, had snacks, was playful, and just overly caring when another nurse came to help she told her to not bug b... read more
I'm sorry but I will never take my child to this location again. twice now she has been scheduled for surgery. we starve our 1 year and arrive on time only yo be told 2 or 3 hrs after waiting they can't do any procedures because of maintenance issues. first day was no oxygen second was they smelled smoke and couldn't locate the problem. don't get me wrong I'm all about the health and safety of my child but this is ridiculous if this is a reoccurring issue with this facility it should be shut down and appropriate repairs shou... read more
