The doctors are great. The websites University Hospital uses are not good. I can log into my FollowMyHealth, but I can't log into MyCart? Why are they different login and passwords? I'd call, but I don't want to be on the phone for hours.

I have been very pleased with the services at Twinsburg UH. Dr. Wang is caring and thorough. Her assistant is personable and kind. The office staff is caring and listens. The entire UH system has met my expectations. People need to look at how the entire health care system is functioning in the country before forming an opinion.
This is the second time I’ve been out of my asthma medication for over a week and they won’t send over my prescription . I keep calling and none picks up or calls back .
