We have had so many maintenance issues living here. Our AC has been broken for a month and it’s 78 degrees in our apartment. We don’t know when anyone is coming to fix it after putting in three work orders and calling multiple times. The lock on our door broke earlier in the year and wasn’t able to be fixed right away which was a big safety concern. The Wi-Fi is constantly down. The amenities are nice but maintenance is such a big problem here!
READ the reviews…they have so many one star reviews that are pushed down! It is shocking how rude the mgr Trey Oats is at this establishment. He hung up on me after i was simply discussing what their contract states. After fully discussing the situation he had nothing else to say so he decided to tell me I’m not the cosigner and he was not allowed to talk to me… so I told him I will add my husband, who is the cosigner, to the call. I don’t even know where to start. This apartment complex is a nightmare. In less than a year, we've caught 15 mice in our unit. Yes, 15. That’s not an exaggeration, it’s an outright infestation. And what has management done about it? Absolutely nothing. They’ve thrown down a few traps, but no effort has been made to actually address the root cause of the problem. We've called them repeatedly, and every time, they give us the same useless response: "We'll put out some more traps.” The traps aren't solving the issue!!!!!!!!!! ... read more
I have never been more disgusted and disappointed in an apartment complex than I am with this one. The biggest issue here is the MICE—yes, plural. Despite multiple complaints to management, the problem has only worsened. I have had to deal with these pests for 10 MONTHS now. They scurry around at night, make noise in the walls, and have even gotten into my food.
