My daughter and her friends did not get their original apartment they were scheduled to have due to being bumped by other students. The apartment my daughter got had/has black mold and we were not told!!

If you want to have any money in your bank account DO NOT lease a place from here. I wish I could rate them a 0 star but that’s not an option. They are extremely money hungry and will charge you for things that went wrong because of their poor maintenance. I haven’t stepped foot in my apartment in a whole year (I couldn’t sublease bc they made it impossible so I had to pay their rent as well as the other place I live) and I have more charges on my account after I moved out.
