Roof has leaked since move in and we pay extra a month for my daughter to live in an upper level. We were told months ago it would be fixed and it never was. We have requested the fee to be removed numerous times and it’s impossible to talk to someone or get a call back. My daughter has a hole in her ceiling with pink insulation sticking out. They have treated the hole for mold before too.
I lived here my sophomore year and had no complaints! The staff was incredible from start to finish to make the property feel as comfortable as possible. Maintenance was very timely and made sure to build relationships with residents as well.
I have had a great experience here. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Community is clean and I have always felt safe here. Great location for students. Would recommend to anyone looking for student housing!
