Simultaneously the worst and most expensive place I’ve lived in Tuscaloosa. The people living here are incredibly inconsiderate (leaving dog poop, trash, etc. in the halls and incredibly loud all night depending on your unit). Maintenance does their best, but they cannot keep up with the constant damage done to simple things like people punching the elevator screens or ripping down exit signs. My roommates and I lived here for two years. Our first year was great! We had little to no problems with the facility and its amenities. However our second year was a huge disappointment. We had one of our roommates who needed to move out due to something that came up. Ion made me and my two other roommates cover the fourth persons utility charge (as everyone across the entire building pays a set rate every month). So our utilities then doubled. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst management I have ever dealt with, completely incompetent, unresponsive, and clearly more interested in taking your money than actually fixing anything. When we moved in this past August, there was a massive leak in the ceiling along with mold that management didn’t even know about. After putting in a work order, maintenance cut out the damaged area and left a huge hole in our ceiling that is STILL not fully repaired, yet they marked it as “completed.” The problems d... read more
