If you want to have any money in your bank account DO NOT lease a place from here. I wish I could rate them a 0 star but that’s not an option. They are extremely money hungry and will charge you for things that went wrong because of their poor maintenance. I haven’t stepped foot in my apartment in a whole year (I couldn’t sublease bc they made it impossible so I had to pay their rent as well as the other place I live) and I have more charges on my account after I moved out. They will charge you for damages that didn’t occur, cockroaches, and the manager has no regard for anyone’s wellbeing within the community. All he does is mope around and look for things to complain about. My sink completely fell off the wall and the pipes bursted, and nobody came to help for a while. I tested out not using lights and unplugging anything in my apartment for a month and electricity costed me 300 dollars alone, making my 900 a month rent go up to 1300 with other added utilities. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Ion gave three roommates a written apartment assignment months before move-in, then switched them to a different apartment without the advance notice required by their lease. When we challenged it, they offered zero concession and zero meaningful resolution. Trey, the property manager, was unbelievably condescending throughout the process.
