If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is terrible. Second time returning for the same symptoms over the last two months. I’ve had severe coughing, sore throat, and upset stomach for two months. First time I waited over eight hours and they just sent me home and said it was due to my acid reflux. Now I’m currently back and the wait is already going on three hours am I’m just sitting here in the waiting room. This place is so negligent they don’t care.
They violated my religious freedom
My er nurse Colleen and my triage nurse WERE ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SKILLED AND COMPASSIONATE THEY MADE ME WANT TO RETURN HERE...I WISH THEY WERE ALL LIKE THEM
Unfortunately my experience at the Outpatient Department was extremely chaotic. The woman at the front desk (Shirley) could not find me on her “list” suggesting I was in the wrong place for my appointment. She insisted I get my bloodwork done while she try’s to find out why I’m not on the list. I went to the lab, as she insisted and the wait was very long, I was concerned with missing my actual appointment I came for.
