I would leave zero if I could. My wife went to the emergency room two days in a row, was admitted the second day, spent 5 days there, lost 15 pounds and got no answers, for them to send her home just to end up in the emergency room of Cleveland clinic 2 days later. Might I also mention she went in APRIL for the same pain problem and they sent her home saying it was kidney stones. So save your time and health and go somewhere else.

Excellent in every way. The doctors nurses and staff were wonderful and so patient. I had a test there recently and l felt like l was in a 5 star hotel. Try the Clinic and you will See the difference. After a 4 hour wait they still Did not give good treatment. Doctor refused to talk to my daughter. I was alone. Good luck unless you try metro

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is terrible. Second time returning for the same symptoms over the last two months. I’ve had severe coughing, sore throat, and upset stomach for two months. First time I waited over eight hours and they just sent me home and said it was due to my acid reflux. Now I’m currently back and the wait is already going on three hours am I’m just sitting here in the waiting room. This place is so negligent they don’t care.
