This place don’t even open on time! I came twice an hour apart and they were closed! No signs nothing!
Worse than bankers hours. 8:30-4 Monday-Friday. Really? Customer service is a non starter here
Not sure what "Kelly Petros" is talking about r.e. lab work. They have a sign up sheet right outside the lab door. You sign in and wait your turn. As far as a wait, whether for myself or my aging mother, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to at least get called in. The only legitimate complaint I would have is they DO have an issue with either not answering the phone or not having enough staff to answer the phone for appointment scheduling, changes, etc. It is BS to always have to leave a message and wait for a call... read more
