I went in for an appointment only to have the receptionist tell me my doctor chose to stop accepting patients after I scheduled. They said they tried to call me and it was disconnected despite having my correct number on file. 🤷♂️
Have used this location and their services several times we are so thankful for them being so close to home! The urgent care has exceptional care when Patrick the PA and nurse Shelby are working! Two very knowledgeable and caring people, my family would trust these 2 over the other local options. Kudos to the urgent care staff here!!
Incident with the trailer gate had us seeking nearby medical assistance here. They took me back before my husband even finished registration. The whole process was fairly quick. I had fractured my left ulna. Patrick Vidrine did an excellent job of setting the bone where it needed to be and putting a soft cast in place. Orthopedic I followed up with was impressed.
I visited this clinic at the very start of an upper respiratory infection. I explained that I know my body well and that my symptoms tend to escalate quickly. Despite this, NP Julie dismissed my concerns and refused to prescribe antibiotics, telling me she wanted them to “still work when I’m 60,” and insisting the illness was viral. Excellent service. Got me in quickly and was seen by super friendly provider. In and out in 30 minutes. Provider was great. Friendly and professional. He was a medical student CNP/RN and took his time figuring out what was going on and treating my issue. Highly recommend this location!
