Super nice staff, I've had great experiences there!
Went to an appointment there after a 3 month wait to get in. Here's what you need to know: if you are 2 minutes late they will not see you. I was told when scheduling the appointment it was at 10:40am Nothing about being late was addressed at that time. I received the new patient paperwork in the mail at 2:00pm the day of the appointment. I went to an Urgent Care since I really needed some refills on my asthma medication they were the best at the urgent care. Suggestion go to the urgent care if you need to be seen.
Went to Urgent Care at 11am. Was told to come back at 2pm as they did not have a doctor currently. Came back at 2pm and they said no one could see me until 5pm. Glad it wasn't urgent!
My comfort zone! They are always helpful and concerned.
