I have been hospitalized 15 times since 2013 and this was the best psych facility I have ever experienced. They have a ton of unique and fun group activities...they do their best to keep men and women separate and the staff was working as a giant team to figure out the best care for me. I have been to the worst of the worst. Trust me and if this wasn't so far away it would be my top choice in Northeast Ohio if I had to go again.

I'm not sure what is going on at this location but I waited one hour and 18 minutes before walking out of the office. I made an appointment to be seen by the doctor for a routine annual exam. I waited in the waiting area over 30 mins then waited in the room over 30 mins. I could no longer take the wait.
