The staff provided a warm and welcoming experience when scheduling my child's well-visit appointment. Upon arrival, I received a prompt greeting and was efficiently assisted with the necessary insurance information for check-in. We were promptly taken to the examination room for the visit. The staff interacted with my child and me in a friendly manner throughout the visit. For the fourth time in my three year old’s life, she is sick enough to warrant an in-office visit and for the fourth time Chardon Pediatrics was unable to fit us in (in less than 4-5 days) so I scheduled elsewhere. I signed a release with the other pediatricians office so that her records could be sent, and upon Chardon Pediatrics receiving that request, I received a very rude phone call from them notifying me that we are not allowed to come back.
