DO NOT go to the ER Came here by ambulance to the ER I was actively seizing in the Waiting room while a man disgustingly told me to stop shaking while I was on the strecher both in the ambulance and in the waiting room. There was another woman patient in scrubs with fluids connected to her while in the waiting room chair. Everyone stared at me in the waiting room while I was on the stretcher bed from the amublance. Back in May, I went to this specific hospital for a mental health crisis. I had a HORRIBLE interaction with Dr. John Hill IV. I did not get to see him for hours, and when I finally did, he began to yell and talk down to me as I was sitting there just asking him to reconsider his decision to send me to a psychiatric hospital (which he based his decision off of the EPAT assessment, in which the man who did it lied on). Worst ER visit of my life, I went in for chest pains and they ran a bunch of expensive tests told me bloodwork was abnormal so I had to have a catscan then came in and said all tests including blood work were fine and discharged me after 5 hours, only gave me Tylenol for pain and didn't even check on me, when I called the nurse to ask about my test results I was told there was only one doctor on the floor then they discharged me. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER!

Everytime I go here its always an issue. Always slow, rude and unprofessional. They left the door open even after I asked it to be closed because nurses were discussing patients in other rooms outside my door, I can tell you their names and info, hipaa violation. I asked the tech who was suppose to do blood a question she ended up leaving and skipping me and the doctor told me the process had to restart. I had already been sitting there 2 hours dehydrated so I chose to dismiss myself and handle in on my own. This hospital is... read more
