They get a one star because of the nice staff, and hardworking staff, but the wait time was horrindous. Horrible!! I got there yesterday at 4, and didn't leave until midnight. The chairs in the waiting room are some of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever had the experience of sitting in. You would think for a place serving people who aren't feeling well they would have more comfortable seating options. The waiting room was so hot! All hospitals are suffering due to the medical coverages the plans have. Not for us and not for a good doctor. Everything is messed up. Learn how to use alternative meds and prevention methods so you don't have to see a hospital. Eat clean food. Take vitamins. Be deliberate with your health management.

Ridiculously is overpriced healthcare despite having insurance. Got approx 3k bill for ER visit , they did MRI without doing an ultra sound first and referred back to OGBYN without any clear results.Not recommended, avoid if you can. Update: Also they don’t offer any discount either and also keep sleeping for six months to send a bill

Dr. Hannah Zhou is a hack. Had polyp removed from fleshy part of anus and she gives me "2 aspirin and call me in the morning" crap. She gives enough pain medicine for less than 2 days and the next 3 days you cry in agony. She don't like medicaid people, unfortunately. My body felt like I had played football from the aggressive manuerving of my body.. Ansethiologist crammed the thing down my throat just as aggressive and it hurt for weeks. Stay away from here, go to Cleveland.
