It used to be that my doctor there could see me in urgent situations the next day. Now, it's a two week wait for whatever is wrong with you, and if there is any possibility it could be covid related, like flu or cold or pneumonia, they will NOT see you at all and refer you to an emergency room. VERY BAD AVAILABILITY!

Dr Khan is great. But whoever is picking up and answering phones needs to be replaced. Completely unprofessional. I got hung up because I called in to know if Dr was going to make it to our virtual visit as I have been waiting for 20 minutes. Was told he was 45 minutes behind, so I asked if we should reschedule, and she asked "I mean, you're at home right?" as if my time is not as precious as theirs.
Had a 9 am appointment arrived 15 minutes early left at 940 after watching people come in 20 and 30 minutes after me get called back called to see what the problem was and rudely talked to on the phone and hung up on
25 years of seeing the doctors at Ohio Medical group down the drain. Up until today would have recommended these doctors to anyone who was looking for primary care physicians. No longer feel that way. Wasn’t allowed to see my doctor, I had a negative Covid test 2 days previous just to get in and see him. Was denied at the door, the negative Covid test was meaningless.
