Go to Tri Point! Great nurses who act like they care about you and a Dr who will actually help you. The Geneva ER needs a serious overhaul and restaffing in my opinion from my experience there in the Spring of 2025! Absolute nightmare and will never go there again and the place was dirty and unkept, disgusting!👎🏻👎🏻💩
Highly Recommend! The ER Was The Best Choice I Made! They Were The Only People To Figure Out My Chest Pain, And Figure Out How To Help Me! I Enjoyed My Visit And Thank You To All The Nurses That Fought For Me! Thank You Dr. Wagner For Solving My Problem. I Am Feeling Alot Better!

I'd give no stars if I could. Rude staff won't let me back with my autistic husband bc there at max capacity not my problem. Do your job and maybe it wouldn't be like that. I work in healthcare and ur supposed to have compassion this place lacks it definitely. I get your tired and had a long day. You chose this job do better.
