Dr. Abhinav Rajpal, MD has been a huge blessing for my 90+ mother since September, 2024. His professionalism, honesty and gentle but firm demeanor during home visits (house calls are offered for people who are not ambulatory or have difficulty getting to the office) has been very helpful and reassuring during this past year of multiple life changing events for my mother and family. Dr. Rajpal has also attended to my mother when she has been in the emergency room. Caring doctor.

This facility is comfortable with delaying care it can take 6 months to a year for them to even book the necessary appointments to do Assessments to even come up with a diagnosis. The secretary Wanita for the Beachwood location is rude. I would recommend going to Cleveland Clinic for any healthcare needs. I have currently been on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to reschedule my mother’s appointment and the best they can do is schedule it for another 7 months out- which is neglectful. This place is a godsend! The reception staff are total angels and patiently helped when we had issues on our end with paperwork. But literally every person we interacted with was deeply caring, patient, and helpful. The family member I accompanied hates doctors and has avoided them for decades, but they left feeling deeply supported. Beth Basso especially helped them feel at ease and finally get the care they deserve. We're both so grateful to everyone here.
