This place is a godsend! The reception staff are total angels and patiently helped when we had issues on our end with paperwork. But literally every person we interacted with was deeply caring, patient, and helpful. The family member I accompanied hates doctors and has avoided them for decades, but they left feeling deeply supported. Beth Basso especially helped them feel at ease and finally get the care they deserve. We're both so grateful to everyone here.

I’d give them a zero if I could. Unresponsive, dismissive, unprofessional, irresponsible… They don’t respond to pharmacy faxes, patient messages sent from their online patient portal “myUhcare”. There is nothing I can say that is complimentary about our experience with this organization.

I just had the worst experience with Sophia Woodson here. This was my 2nd interaction with her and the first wasn't much better. I am going to Foley Elder Health as a 35 yo because of multiple TBIs. Last week I was in a front-end collision car wreck and Dr Appleby wanted me to be seen in person for a neuro workup. So I was scheduled with Ms. Woodson today. I don't wear a mask because it greatly increases my migraines which I have discussed with my PC and they have agreed that is best for me. So when I got to the office I out... read more
