Clean modern facility facility with an excellent group of physicians.
Terrible. I made an appointment with Dr. Moore OVER A YEAR AGO and they cancelled it a week before without any notice. When I called to find out what is going on, reception was dismissive, rude, and literally hung up on me while I was clearly looking for assistance. I do not recommend receiving medical care from a place where staff is dismissive and rude to patients.
U live this place. So far it's great for people like me. They are going out of their way to help me
Dr. Abhinav Rajpal, MD has been a huge blessing for my 90+ mother since September, 2024. His professionalism, honesty and gentle but firm demeanor during home visits (house calls are offered for people who are not ambulatory or have difficulty getting to the office) has been very helpful and reassuring during this past year of multiple life changing events for my mother and family. Dr. Rajpal has also attended to my mother when she has been in the emergency room. Caring doctor.
This facility is comfortable with delaying care it can take 6 months to a year for them to even book the necessary appointments to do Assessments to even come up with a diagnosis. The secretary Wanita for the Beachwood location is rude. I would recommend going to Cleveland Clinic for any healthcare needs. I have currently been on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to reschedule my mother’s appointment and the best they can do is schedule it for another 7 months out- which is neglectful.
