Upon calling and asking to book an appointment for a cough I have had for over 5 days, I was treated extremely unprofessionally by Michelle S. She explained that I could not book a sick appointment unless it was for the day of which I then simply and politely asked why that was. She responded in the nastiest, rudest tone with “Because how do you know you are going to be sick on Monday?
