As of January 2025, University Hospitals has outsources all outpatient lab locations to Qwest Diagnostics. DO NOT COME HERE! It is no longer a realistic option!!!! Like you, my primary care doctor is affiliated with UH. After visits with the doctor, I would pop into this lab site to have bloodwork drawn. No appointment. Usually no more than a 15-minute wait. I never leave reviews but holy cow, EXTREMELY rude staff. I got there and asked to confirm if my order was received a they said they can’t check that until they call me back. I waited 30 minutes and when I was called back, the lady who was going to draw the blood said there was no order and she was so rude about it. When I left I had my doctor re send it over and when I went back I asked once again if they could confirm whether or not they received it before I sat another 30-60 minutes waiting for nothing and once again was ... read more
Quest is now doing University lab work.They are highly unprofessional at this location! Go elsewhere like I did...note to University hospital...You need to go back to doing labs!!!
This lab switched to Quest and the last couple of times I’ve been here, it has been an extremely long wait of 1-2 hours. Front desk is rude and unprofessional!!! Avoid it at all costs.
