After living at The Lark Central Florida for a year, here’s what I’ve personally experienced: recurring crime incidents in or around the property, motorcycles stolen from the so-called “gated” garages, and frequent signs of neglect across the community. As a parent, I recommend you avoid this location. The overall manager is horrible and incompetent. My daughter experienced roaches, mold, and the apartments aren't that nice for what is paid. There was also an experience with former office staff being inappropriate and management failed to appropriately address it. AVOID THIS LOCATION! There are newer locations that have been built and hopefully better maintenance and management.

Lark please do better . Trash rooms have been close for more than a month. It is smelly and it is very nasty. So many elevators are broken too what do people with knee pains are expected to do.

I wanted to take a moment and say that the staff here at Lark has been nothing but helpful and kind. Specifically taking a moment to talk about Alexia who has helped me from when i first moved in to when I transferred. If you ever have any issues ask for HER! She is the best and will get your problems solved
