I wanted to take a moment and say that the staff here at Lark has been nothing but helpful and kind. Specifically taking a moment to talk about Alexia who has helped me from when i first moved in to when I transferred. If you ever have any issues ask for HER! She is the best and will get your problems solved
Don’t move here. They will squeeze money out of you when you move out with ridiculous “damage/cleaning” fees that should not be so high. Absolutely disgusting. Worst apartment near UCF.
I only stayed because of the location. I wish I could say good things about my experience at Lark. Although money is the only thing they care about. I was struggling with my roommates who treated me as less than human even though I treated them with kindness. I had to have the cops come at one point yet still I wasn’t able to switch apartments till weeks after. They wouldn’t struggle to fill out their spaces if they cared about their residents. I moved in to discover my room smelled of cat urine which is toxic due to the ammonia content. My roommates and I both have flea bites from the fleas in the apartment. And I got lice from sleeping in my room. They gave me $50 which will barely cover 1/4 of lice treatment. Update*** The only reason I renewed my lease was due to the location besides that Lark encourages bullying and discrimination.
